Precautions for using a digging bucket

When digging, the soil should not be eaten too deep each time, and the bucket should not be lifted too violently, so as not to damage the machinery or cause overturning accidents. When the bucket falls, be careful not to impact the tracks and frame.


Within the range of loading activities of the excavator, no vehicles and pedestrians shall stay. If unloading to the car, should wait for the car to stop, the driver left the cab, before turning the bucket, to the car unloading. When the excavator is turning around, the bucket should be avoided to pass over the top of the cab as much as possible. When unloading, the bucket should be lowered as far as possible, but be careful not to collide with any part of the car.
Before the bucket leaves the ground, it shall not be allowed to do slewing, walking and other actions. When the digging bucket is full and hanging in the air, the boom shall not be raised or lowered and walking shall not be allowed. When the crawler excavator is moving, the arm should be placed in the forward direction of walking, and the height of the digging bucket from the ground is not more than 1 meter. And brake the slewing mechanism.
When digging bulk soil on the high working surface, the larger stones and other debris in the working surface should be cleared away to avoid collapsing and causing accidents. If the soil is dug into a suspended state and cannot be collapsed naturally, it should be handled manually, and it is not allowed to be smashed or pressed down with the digging bucket, so as not to cause accidents.
